Guided Whitewater Rafting

  • Class II - IV Whitewater
  • 30 Miles

Biking

  • From technical single track to gravel grinding to paved, you'll want all of your biking skills to be ready for this leg. Be ready for sustained climbs, to pace-line on the flats, and shred downhill.
  • You can do this race with only low to moderate biking skills, but the more you have, the more fun you'll have.
  • ​~40-60 Miles

Team Challenges

  • There will be an occasional challenge that your team must complete successfully prior to advancing on the course.
  • The challenges are frequently aimed to challenge a team's unity and problem solving skills.

Trekking

  • From trail hiking to off-trail scrambling, you're navigation skills and soundness underfoot will be challenged during this leg. You'll be fighting fatigue, potential darkness, and the "sleep monsters" to stay on course.
